Dear Upper Room NW Family

As the year comes to a close, we reflect with deep gratitude on the many blessings that have shaped our school community. Together, we’ve witnessed growth, built lasting relationships, and provided an environment where our students can thrive academically, spiritually, and socially. However, we know there is still much to be done as we continue to build a school that reflects our shared values and vision. Our heart here at Upper Room is to build a school that reflects the heart of Jesus, builds disciples of Jesus, enriches their true identity in Christ, and reaches out to our community to share the love of Jesus. We have so much to look forward to as we lean into what God is calling us to do. He has BIG plans! What a special time to be a part of laying the foundations of the greater things to come! We desire to build more classrooms, hire more staff, and grow to be a blessing in our community. God has put it on our hearts to expand to elementary grades. We know His plans and timing are perfect. Although we may not see and know all the details now, we continue to listen and wait as He leads.

This year, we are asking for your partnership as we look ahead to the next chapter in our journey. As you know, running a private Christian preschool requires ongoing investment to ensure our facilities, programs, and resources continue to serve our students well. With your support, we can continue to create an environment that nurtures academic excellence and spiritual growth, while also meeting the financial challenges that come with maintaining a vibrant school community.

How You Can Help

We would like to give you an opportunity to bless and give a special year-end financial contribution. Your donation—whether large or small—will have a significant impact on our ability to move forward in the coming year. As a non-profit (501c3), your contributions are fully tax-deductible, making it a great opportunity for year-end giving.

The funds raised will go directly toward:

Enhancing our learning environments – We desire to build more classrooms on our property! Also, we desire to upgrade our technology from check-in, security, to learning/educational enhancements

Supporting scholarships and financial aid – ensuring that all families have the opportunity to experience the value of a Christian education.

Investing in teacher development – so that we continue to offer exceptional instruction and mentorship.

As we approach the new year, we ask that you prayerfully consider how you can partner with us financially. Your generosity will help ensure that we continue to provide a Christ-centered education that prepares our students for a future grounded in faith and love.

Thank you for your ongoing support. Together, we can build a school community that reflects the love, grace, and excellence that Christ calls us to embody.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Matt and Manesseh Ferrell
